Advantages:

Квартира неплохая, чистенькая.

Disadvantages:

Постельное бельё не хлопковое. Подушки и одеяло противно пахли грязными волосами. Мы взяли из шкафа плед чтобы было теплее спать, но и он вонял. В квартире накурено. Квартира угловая и, несмотря на то, что батареи были горячими, было прохладно при -5 градусах на улице. Обогревателя мы не нашли и кондиционера не было чтобы включить на обогрев. Посуда плохо вымыта, чашки в пятнах. Ванная: воду настроить сложно- или кипяток течëт или ледяная. Возможно стоит рассмотреть вариант установки смесителя с терморегулятором. Уважаемый хозяин, обратите на это внимание, пожалуйста.

Advantages:

Остались очень довольны квартирой, чисто, встретили, проводили. Останавливались с собакой. Никто не был против, взяли залог, но после как осмотрели квартиру - вернули. Без проблем Спасибо огромное. В следующий раз снова обратимся к вам
