! Квартира не сдаётся для вечеринок, с 22.00 до 8.00 обязательно соблюдать тишину.
Для пар и командированных, 23+ 
Запрещено курить внутри квартиры! Только на балконе!
Компаниям, пьяным и прочее не сдается!
С животными по согласованию!
Предъявление паспорта и залог за порядок и ключи.

Заезд с 14:00 выезд до 12:00. По согласованию ранний заезд и поздний выезда.
После каждого выезда гостей проводим генеральную уборку.
Делаю отчётные документы.

Залог 3000 (возвращается в течение 24 часов после выезда, после проверки и уборки квартиры). ​
