Квартира на горе, первый уровень. 600 м до центра, есть сад с беседкой и барбекю. К волге только спуститься и сразу набережная. Дом находится в очень тихом месте. Дом коммунальный 2х этажный, всего 8 квартир, четыре из них принадлежат мне. Кирпичный. Вокруг дома сад, где можно посидеть, пообщаться. Возможность заказать экскурсию по городу. Для желающих приехать на новый год компанией есть ещё одна квартира в этом доме на 4 человека. Не упустите возможность собраться с друзьями.

Замечательная квартира!!! Расположение 10 из 10! На горе, зимой-рядом горка! Летом-рядом парк и комплекс больницы 1899 года. Люди, которые любят окунуться в историю- Вам точно сюда! Есть свой двор с невероятной красоты и атмосферой беседкой! Мангал, всё к нему так же прилагается! Мы были в полном восторге! Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, все расскажет и покажет! Спасибо за такой теплый приём!!!
