Advantages:

Квартиру хозяйка по согласованию с нами поменяла ( не выехали предыдущие жители), дала другую квартиру с лучшим ремонтом.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов в квартире на Свердлова 34 в городе Шуя. 5 этаж. Далековато от университета. Отсутствие горячей воды. Договаривались на два спальных места по факту одно.
