Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение. Тишина на улице.

Disadvantages:

Подтекает слив в ванной. На полу после мытья и умывания вода. На кухне всего 2 стула (взяли ещё 2 табуретки из спальни), чтоб можно было всем попить чай и позавтракать. В ванной в принципе нет раковины, умываться очень не удобно. Туалет не закрывается - по меньшей мере странно.

Advantages:

В целом квартира хорошая, хозяйка быстро на все вопросы отвечает. Хотелось бы чтобы еще на кухне был чай и кофе для постояльцев.

Disadvantages:

Нет раковины для умывания в ванной, не удобно умываться.
